If you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in trauma, or disconnected in your relationships, you don’t have to go through it alone. I help adults heal from trauma, anxiety, and burnout using EMDR and trauma-informed therapy, so they can feel calmer, more confident, and more connected again. Based in Jupiter and Juno Beach, Florida, I provide therapy in person and via telehealth across Florida. I have extensive experience supporting first responders and professionals coping with stress, burnout, and exposure to traumatic events, as well as adults navigating high-pressure or high-stress environments.
