Hello, my name is Laura Preciado, I am a bilingual, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW 88476) based in Los Angeles, California. I work with adults and specialize in depression, anxiety, stress, and difficult life transitions, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strength-Based approach, Problem-Solving and Mindfulness to help my clients through their healing journey. I endorse a client-centered approach and meet my clients where they are at in their life journey.
