Welcome! As a therapist, I am here to provide a warm, relaxed and compassionate space to explore your strengths and challenges. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD and pregnancy/postpartum issues. As an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider, I have extensive experience working with teens and adults with ADHD and executive function difficulties. When treating ADHD, you NEED a therapist who wholeheartedly understands it and whose strategies are flexible to meet your specific needs. I value my authentic approach to connecting with others which leads to my clients feeling heard, understood, accepted and supported. As a former teacher, I am well-versed with teacher-related stress and burnout. I also have experience working with individuals with complex/chronic health conditions. Additionally, I am also able to offer a Christian perspective to those who desire it. I bring empathy, trust and a little humor to the therapeutic process.
