My goal is to listen deeply in order to provide a safe space for you to metabolize painful life experiences. I enjoy working with children, teens, and adults to help them find grounded ways of being with and moving through life’s struggles. Strong relationships with the self, the body, and with others are central to a healthy life, and therapy can bring those relationships into balance. I love working with people from diverse sociocultural backgrounds and exploring how identity shapes experience. A deep understanding of development allows me to connect with people of all ages and help them move through difficult stages.
