I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Southern California, working with clients statewide via telehealth. I have obtained vast experience assisting those struggling with anxiety, depression, stress management, low self-esteem, and mood disorders. I've discovered that my approach works well for helping individuals learn to challenge negative thoughts, regulate emotions, manage distress, communicate effectively, and stay present in the moment mindfully. I try to cater the therapeutic approach to what best serves each individual.
