Chances are you are feeling alone, confused, or dissatisfied with your life at this moment. Maybe you're ready for deep healing from the past. Maybe you're looking for ways to cope with the present. Maybe you want to better understand yourself and your emotions. Maybe you're just looking to talk with a neutral third party about daily stressors. Wherever you're at, welcome! While I rely on expertise from evidence based therapies to guide my work, above all else, I seek to build strong, trusting relationships with clients. I empower clients to take an active role in therapy and feel comfortable adjusting my approach to uniquely meet their needs.
