I am a spiritual companion guiding people on their path toward health, balance and contentment. I help clients work out mind, body, and spiritual issues along their journey. I work with a variety of presenting mental, emotional, and physical health concerns which also includes the mind/body impact of traditional medicine in treating these issues (e.g. effects of chemotherapy, AOD recovery, and drug resistant anxiety and depression.) With 30 years’ experience as a deep listener, healer, and fellow traveler on the journey towards health and well-being, I offer a variety of integrative energy modalities and practices to assist clients in recognizing and accessing greater dimensions of themselves. This new awareness helps my clients to accept, manage, and ultimately motivate their healing.
