I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Massachusetts. I am currently working for Ray of Light Wellness LLC, which is an online mental health group practice. I have a history of working in Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization settings with clients challenged with eating disorders. I am also trained in Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) and have experience utilizing ERP via telehealth for individuals who live with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). I specialize in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) which teaches coping strategies to help with emotional regulation. I am also a trauma informed therapist. I have an expertise in anxiety disorders, phobias, ADHD, eating disorders and OCD. I help clients who want to work on self esteem, overcoming depression, issues with emotional regulation, executive functioning, and managing chronic stress. I also work with clients to reduce the effects of trauma/PTSD. I offer support and work with LGBTQ clients as well.
