I’m Laura Adam, LPC - I hope to meet you soon! I’m a warm, down-to-earth therapist who helps teens and adults feel truly seen and supported. I use evidence-based approaches like CBT and Gestalt therapy, paired with a human-centered, connection-focused approach. My therapeutic work is direct and nonjudgmental, and I incorporate mindfulness to help clients build emotional insight and resilience. I believe lasting change happens through a trusting relationship, and I’m especially passionate about supporting teens and young adults facing anxiety, depression, and life’s challenges. Alongside my clinical training, I am completing specialized certifications in nutrition and mental health to bring a nutrition-informed perspective to therapy.
