I am an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor from South Florida living in New Orleans. I’ve had the privilege of working with every kind of client, from providing therapy in one of the top treatment centers in the country to doing so in small, community non-profits. This has given me a deep understanding of the many ways people struggle and heal. I specialize in substance use, anxiety, and ADHD, using CBT and DBT to help clients see things differently. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to make changes that actually stick.
