Our YOUTH today need positive adult mentors! With a passion to serve children and adolescents, I help clients move from reaction to conscious response, anger to compassion and anxiety to peace. Specializing in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, I have taught and mentored students in Public and International Schools for over 25 years. I hold a Masters in Teaching, BA in Psychology, NJ Teachers License and a Yoga and Mindfulness Teacher Certification. Currently, I serve in schools implementing my Mindfulness Curriculum and am a Youth Mindset Mentor. My mission is to self empower our youth with tools to self regulate and self heal.
