I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University) with over 40 years' experience. My work is focused on helping individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds deal with experiences of anxiety and reduced self-confidence in work, school, and relationships. My approach is tailored to individuals' particular needs and situations, working collaboratively with them to understand and modify patterns of thinking and behavior which may interfere with their achieving their own personal goals. I am an in-network Oxford and Aetna provider; I also have a flexible fee structure, based on individuals' financial circumstances.
