Before becoming a social worker, Laura was an educator for many years. After a career teaching middle school, adolescent, and college-age students, it became evident that the students were in far greater need of mental health care than anything else. Laura’s understanding and appreciation for her students on an intellectual, emotional, and personal level gave the insight to best meet the needs of my clients as a therapist. She is bilingual in Spanish and English.
