Hi! Thanks for joining me! I believe that all individuals are experts on their own life and the therapist is simply an aid in that journey. I use a holistic perspective that includes the mind, body, and spirit in the healing process. My approach is inviting, warm, and accepting, with an emphasis on being curious and reflective. I help individuals examine their life path and how previous experiences influence their current life. I work with young adults and adults. I am a trauma specialist who has extensive training in helping our minds and bodies fully move on from events in the past so we can live the life we want in the present. My passion is supporting clients through whatever challenges come their way. My expertise includes trauma, relationship & intimacy issues, self discovery, anxiety, & life transitions. I use a wide range of modalities including, but not limited to Brainspotting, CBT, Emotion Focused, Depth, & Client-Centered. I also offer walk & talk nature sessions.
