Laura Ryan is a licensed clinical social worker that has 50 years of clinical experience in the mental health field. She has worked with all ages and treatment populations in a variety of both public and private sector clinical settings. She graduated from the University of California, Davis in June 1970 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology and from California State University, Sacramento in June 1972 with a master’s degree in social work. She was licensed as an LCSW in 1976 by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. Subsequently, she has worked as a Subject Matter Expert for the BBS licensing board.
