I have been a licensed counselor for almost 30 years, and I have a background teaching psychology at a local community college. I have been the clinical director and counselor at Cultivation Counseling for the past three years. I have additional training and experience in eating disorder treatment. I am also EMDR trained and a yoga teacher. I primarily see clients ages 15 and up, both male and female, for individual counseling. In addition to treating eating disorders, I also see clients who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, divorce and those wishing to better manage their stress levels.
