My approach consists of providing a non-judgmental space and provide you with the knowledge and tools to achieve your goals. I am a licensed therapist in Texas and Florida and a native Spanish speaker, providing bilingual mental health services. I am trained in EMDR and TF-CBT. I also hold a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP) credential. My approach is is compassionate, evidence-based, and tailored to your unique needs.
