Asking for support during times of stress can feel overwhelming and may even intensify feelings of anxiety or depression. You’re not alone—many people experience this, and taking the first step can be incredibly powerful. I provide a supportive, collaborative therapeutic space using an effective blend of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). These evidence-based approaches help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behavioral patterns, and how they influence daily functioning, with the goal of fostering a healthier, more balanced mindset.
