In our work together, we'll examine parts of your past, challenges in the present, and hopes for the future to create the life you want — all while honoring your natural strengths, core values, and intersecting identities. Through both research-based techniques and being a real + approachable human, my goal is to help you find clarity and healing while creating meaningful and sustainable change.
