I work with people of all ages to help them manage anxiety, depression, trauma, relational issues, and much more. I work with the individual to more clearly define what brings them to therapy as well as work out strategies to manage the thoughts and/or behaviors that are stopping the person from living to their potential. Then together we make a plan on how to reach your goals.
