I am here to help you identify those unconscious beliefs you have about yourself and examine how these beliefs might be holding you back. Often when you are struggling it can feel like you are your own worst enemy. My goal is to help you better understand and accept yourself so that you can begin to work with your brain rather than continuing to fight against it.
