From the outside, it looks like you’re doing just fine—but inside, you’re overwhelmed, burned out, and tired of holding it all together. You’re used to being the strong one, the dependable one, the high-achiever. But lately, it feels like nothing you do is enough—and you’re starting to wonder if there’s something deeper going on. I work with insightful, high-functioning adults who are done white-knuckling their way through life. They’re ready to roll up their sleeves, dig in, and do the real work of creating meaningful, lasting change within themselves. I incorporate trauma-healing techniques like EMDR and Brainspotting- two powerful, brain–body therapies that help process and release trauma stored in the nervous system. Additionally, if you're a parent, I use my training in child development and play therapy, to help you understand and relate to your child(ren) in new and refreshing ways.
