Whether you're pregnant, a new parent or simply exhausted from the emotional weight you’re carrying, you're not alone in your experience. Having emotional support during this transformative time is essential. I offer evening and weekend sessions and have immediate openings this week. I specialize in helping women and couples through parenthood and relationship stress. I work with anxiety, trauma, postpartum depression, grief (including miscarriage), identity loss, and the harsh inner critic so many of us carry. My style is warm, attuned, and grounded in compassion. I draw from somatic therapy, AEDP, and Adlerian psychology.
