Trauma-informed Therapist accepting new clients (18 through senior adulthood) and couples. My scope of practice includes trauma recovery, reducing anxiety and depression, navigating life transitions, managing caregiver stress and parenting challenges, supporting individuals living with chronic illness or pain, and helping couples heal relational issues, including infidelity recovery. What is trauma? Trauma can stem from a single event, such as an assault or car accident, or from ongoing experiences like bullying, emotional neglect, attachment injuries, sexual abuse, domestic violence, or vicarious traumatization.
