At Barefoot Counseling Services the primary focus is to provide a safe and supportive space for clients to reach their goals and improve their lives. I have over a decade of experience working with individuals who struggle with various manifestations of anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, substance misuse, relationship challenges and chronic illness. I utilize an integrative, client-centered approach in my sessions. Each session is individualized to meet each clients unique situation. I am licensed in NJ and FL and am currently seeing clients virtually only.
