I integrate talk therapy and Somatic Experiencing, a body focused psychotherapy designed to help if you have experienced chronic stress or trauma. Sleep problems, anxiety, feeling constantly on guard, depression, emotional numbness, and chronic pain are some of the symptoms that respond well to this integrative approach. I use a holistic, eclectic approach tailored to your needs, with your input. I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, skilled in psychodynamic psychotherapy, CBT, EMDR, addictions work, attachment, play therapy, and parent coaching. As a VP of Human Resources, I coached and trained many executives and employees. I earned my masters degree in clinical social work from Columbia University.
