Many people have experienced trauma and deep woundedness, but we don’t have to keep living out those stories in our present lives. These messages and stories that we’ve learned about ourselves may be the major voice in our head, but they don’t have to stay that way. My passion is helping clients connect with the true version of who they are now and learn coping skills and strategies to reconnect with all parts of themselves. This reconnection allows them to function their best in all their relationships: personal, professional, and most importantly their relationship with themselves.
