Many of the people I work with carry a quiet undercurrent of anxiety—questioning their choices, feeling uncertain in relationships, or longing for deeper connection while feeling unsure how to get there. I’m an attachment-oriented Licensed Professional Counselor who works with individuals struggling with anxiety and OCD, as well as couples feeling disconnected or stuck. Together, we work to understand emotional patterns, reduce the grip of fear and self-doubt, and build the skills needed for greater emotional safety, clarity, and intimacy—both within yourself and in your relationships.
