Many kids and teens struggle with big feelings, school stress, friendships, or changes at home, and they often need a safe space to make sense of their experiences. I support young people who feel overwhelmed, anxious, withdrawn, or unsure how to express themselves, and I help parents who want to better understand and connect with their child. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where youth feel heard, respected, and empowered to grow, build confidence, and develop healthier ways of coping.
