I have a deep understanding of what it is like to move through this world while carrying around a weight that feels impossibly heavy. Together, we can navigate through life’s challenges and build coping strategies to reduce suffering and enable you to live a more fulfilling and meaningful life. My specialties include, but are not limited to, anxiety, depression, grief & loss, trauma, end-of-life, and postpartum adjustment. I utilize a strengths-based, cognitive-behavioral approach while tailoring treatment to your specific needs and goals.
