We - as humans - at times get anxious, sad or stuck. Major life transitions, such as life stage or relationship changes, career or identity crises, or significant loss, can leave us questioning ourselves as well as our sense of direction and purpose. On the other hand, we can long for change but don't know how to create it, leaving us feeling stagnant or trapped. I combine an actively curious, accepting and collaborative approach with a secure therapeutic framework to help my clients navigate change and live life with more vitality, meaning and satisfaction.
