As a trauma specialist, I love working with clients, both children and adults, who are impacted by traumatic experiences. I use EMDR and other modes of treatment to help client’s explore, process, and understand their trauma. My goal is to help clients heal by developing healthy coping skills, reducing the impact of shame and self-criticism, and change their relationship with negative past experiences. I particularly enjoy working with clients from all different faith backgrounds, assisting them with faith exploration or deconstruction as well as individuals who have experienced religious trauma.
