I work to empower individuals as they find their way through life's challenges. I strive to create a space that is accepting, nonjudgmental, and authentic where individuals feel open to share the pain, confusion and frustrations they are facing. The process of building connection, validating clients experiences while exploring different perspectives, and working to find practical tools that the client can use to navigate the obstacles in their lives. Through our work together I hope that clients feel enabled to become empowered, open, and confident in their own abilities and strengths.
