I am a psychotherapist and writer with years of experience helping clients heal and achieve their goals. I specialize in treatment for anxiety, OCD, and depression as well as relationship and career troubles. Throughout treatment, we will focus on symptom reduction using evidence-based practices and building a comforting and helpful therapeutic relationship filled with understanding and humor. I recognize it can be harrowing to trust someone new when you’re seeking help; I aim to create a warm, supportive environment from our first session. I’m typically concerned more with “how do we heal?” than “how did we get here?”
