Many of the people I work with carry difficult experiences in their bodies, including the impact of sexual abuse; anxiety, numbness, self-doubt, the ways trust or intimacy can feel confusing or overwhelming. Others come because they feel disconnected or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. You may be exploring identity or belonging, wanting to be seen for who you are rather than who you felt you needed to be. I work with the LGBTQIA+ community and with those shaped by cultural or systemic expectations. Together, we support what’s true in you to emerge, so you can feel more at home in yourself and expressed in the world.
