My ideal client is someone who has spent much of their life holding it all together, often in silence. They may be grieving, navigating anxiety, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve them—despite years of effort. Many are healing from emotionally unavailable parenting, childhood trauma, or recent loss. They want to feel more present, connected, and at ease in their relationships and within themselves. Most of all, they’re ready to begin understanding not just why they feel this way, but how to truly heal.
