I have had the privilege of working with families, individuals and couples for many years. Helping people bridge miscommunication gaps to grow deeper connections is a passion of mine. When we work to understand ourselves, we often gain profound insights into the systems we are part of. My approach integrates narrative, light somatic and Internal Family Systems (IFS) alongside Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I draw from a family systems perspective, recognizing that our interconnectedness influences both ourselves and others. I strive to empower my clients to use this awareness as a catalyst for meaning.
