I am passionate about supporting individuals, families, and couples in growing deeper connections, increasing communication, discovering their inner voices and creating stability in their lives. I work in a style that is warm and leading, compassionate and collaborative. I see my clients as the true experts of their own lives and my role is to provide support, clarity and understanding as they navigate their unique journeys. I especially enjoy working with individuals who are ready to explore deeper layers of themselves and cultivate a sense of wholeness. My approach integrates narrative therapy and gentle somatic work with Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and other attachment-based modalities. Grounded in a family systems perspective, I believe that deep self-understanding often leads to profound insights into the larger systems we are part of.
