My main goal is to support and provide tools to anyone struggling with depression, anxiety, or a variety of other issues. I believe change happens when you are feeling empowered. I can help you find strength and hope while working towards and achieving personal goals and overcoming barriers and stressors. I provide a welcoming, safe, and non-judgmental environment to process your feelings, set goals, and enable personal growth and confidence. I utilize various approaches such as solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy, as well as holistic and creative therapy interventions.
