Hi! I'm Laurel! You have reached the right person if you're feeling sad, stuck, or hopeless. I help individuals & couples navigate challenges during critical life transitions. I focus on supporting adolescents, young professionals & couples, as they work through issues such as anxiety, depression, & interpersonal struggles. I also have deep understanding of the unique emotional and psychological experiences that accompany post-partum depression and anxiety. With my continued work with hospitals as well as my continued education in Perinatal Mood Disorders, I am uniquely qualified to work with mothers on issues related to parenthood.
