I support my clients to transform stress, trauma, grief, relationship turmoil, and difficult habits into creativity, vitality, and freedom, using a rare combination of mindfulness, art therapy, and compassionate exploration of each clients unique experiences. My view is that all people hold the ability to evolve, and ultimately hold the wisdom within needed to do so. I collaborate with my clients as both an ally and a guide, to generate deep self acceptance, work through painful inner conflict, access imagination and genuineness, practice clear and empowered communication, and take action to live in more fulfilling ways.
