Hello, and welcome to my profile. I'm Laurel Mayo, an associate marriage and family therapist and professional clinical counselor. My approach to therapy begins with fostering a warm and respectful partnership. I believe a solid therapeutic relationship is based on unconditional caring, trust, humility, and honesty. I focus on working with adults who are dealing with the aftermath of trauma in their lives. Relationship problems, depression/anxiety, addictions, sexual problems, extreme behavior, and self-sabotage are common results of trauma. I guide my clients in healing old wounds and achieving greater happiness and fulfillment.
