I want to help people and specifically I like helping people who either have a substance use issue themselves or may struggle with the sometime’s difficult behaviors of a loved one who may be experiencing mental health and/or drug and alcohol use difficulties; whether chronic or episodic. These issues in a loved one can cause anxiety, depression and anger in us, and I’m here to help. Sometimes a person may have experienced a traumatic event that is now causing issues (anxiety/anger/depression/self-esteem/problematic use of substances) in the person’s current life. I provide confidential, ethical, comprehensive, professional, yet relatable and stress free therapy centering around a collaborative approach to identifying issues to be addressed in counseling. I utilize a flexible approach in which we look together at a triad of ways one can look at any situation that I label as FTD (Feelings/Thinking/Doing.)
