I'm accepting new clients, and my approach comes from a strengths based perspective. I believe that individuals and those in relationship have the ability to make significant life changes by identifying the sources of their current difficulties, understanding why their coping methods may have made good sense at the time, and learning new ways of being in the world that fit with who they are now and that support their growth and heart's desire. My role is to provide a supportive, trust-based environment and help individuals and relationship partners create the lives they wish to live.
