Many people come to therapy feeling disconnected—from themselves, from others, or from a sense of meaning—especially during times of loss, transition, or overwhelm. I believe approaching our inner experience with curiosity and openness to the unknown can help us feel more alive, reduce suffering, and point the way forward, even when life’s circumstances feel beyond our control. My practice is informed by Lacanian psychoanalysis. Together we may explore patterns in your relationships, emotional reactions, memories, and dreams, paying attention to what's asking for your attention beneath the surface.
