At Revision Psychotherapy, I believe that the stories we create, or have been told, about who we are as individuals have a strong influence on our daily lives. They affect our habits, our relationships, our self-concepts, and our choices. These narratives can empower, or they can imprison - but no story is written in stone, and no ending is predetermined. At Revision Psychotherapy, I am committed to helping you tell your story, examine your story, and, if necessary, rewrite your story. My goal for you to is to achieve a sense of autonomy—of being the author of your own life story rather than a character in it. I love working with clients who are navigating life transitions, such as emerging adulthood (ages 20-30), pregnancy and postpartum, divorce, grief and loss. I also have extensive training in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs).
