Relationships can become complicated due to life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, interpersonal conflict, or other stressors. Coming from a unique faith-based perspective, I offer hope and healing to those dealing with any of the above. I offer individual, couples, and family therapy for adults. I also have a passion for working with individuals working through spiritual abuse / church trauma, or wrestling with questions about faith.
