Life can be distressing to say the least, especially without the right tools. I strive to help clients navigate the distressing parts of life, and create an authentic and safe space to start what can be an intimidating journey. Together, we can identify helpful strategies with a new sense of hope. I work with adolescents (12+), adults, and couples. I specialize in giftedness, twice exceptionality, and executive function and help gifted clients and those with neurodevelopmental disabilities develop skills and access resources to navigate a world of high expectations and challenging social interactions.
