I’ve been working in the addiction recovery field for over 15 years, and I know how deeply substance use affects not just individuals but their entire support system. That’s why I work with individuals, couples, and families- because healing is most powerful when it includes everyone impacted. I prioritize creating a space where people feel supported and empowered, where nervous systems can settle, complexity is welcomed, and long-standing patterns are understood in context rather than pathologized. My work integrates attachment-informed care and clinical discernment to help you move toward greater clarity, agency, and connection.
