Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California. In my practice I value empathy, optimism and belief in the power of resiliency and healing. These are guiding principles in my personal and professional life. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I provide individual mental health treatment, psycho-education, and empowerment to support healing from trauma, depression, anxiety, challenges to self-esteem, relationship challenges, and management and treatment of symptoms of mental illness. In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions. My goal is to build trust and rapport with you, and to honor your identified goals for treatment. We will together develop a treatment plan, and I will provide you with information and feedback on treatment modalities that pair with your goals.
